Sadly I texted my mum and dad… But I have to say (even tho as much as I didn’t want to do it) it was the best thing i ever did in my life, and life seemed that tiny bit brighter.( it also helps if you have a friend to talk to, so tell someone you can trust and they should help you trough it. Hope this helped.
